There are three easy ways to reserve your gear. Complete the on-line reservation form, by calling 866-668-7669, or by faxing the printable form to 970-827-5243, it's that simple.
Once the reservation is received, Premier Ski Delivery will call to confirm your delivery time and location. All reservations must be made a minimum of 5 days in advance.
Just call us 1-866-668-7669 and one of our expert technicians will meet you at the bottom of any base lift on Vail or Beaver Creek Mountain. Right there at the lift the technician can make any changes necessary so that you can get back on the slopes in no time.
Our vans carry a full size run of boots and skis, this flexibility allows us to ensure that you get the perfect fit every time.
Not a problem, customers are welcome to switch to a different ski or snowboard package at any time. Call us 1-866-668-7669, tell us what equipment changes you want and will deliver your new gear to you before the next ski day. Changes in rates (if any) will be reflected on your bill.
The rental period starts on the day the equipment is received. However, if the equipment is received after 2PM the rental period begins on the following day. All returns are expected by 10:00 am the morning after the last day of rental, late returns will result in an additional day of rental.
To receive a full refund guest must cancel 72 hours in advance.
A damage waiver is available for $2 dollars a day. The damage waiver covers all damage to equipment that occurs as a result of the natural wear and tear that happens while skiing. The damage waiver does not cover breakage that occurred due to negligence, theft, or loss.
Our normal hours of operation are between 6:00am and 8:00pm.
Premier Ski Delivery is happy to work with you if you need a set-up time outside of our standard hours.
Simply include your request in the "Special Requests" section on your reservation form and we will reserve based on the package you have chosen and your request. We cannot guarantee a specific request, but we will do our best to provide the requested equipment, substitutions will be of the same package level.
If you have your own boots you can deduct $4 from your package price. Simply indicate that you have your own boots in the "Special Requests" section, and the discount will be applied to your bill.
