Do I need a reservation for rentals at Marriott StreamSide?

Reservations are not required, but booking ahead is strongly recommended. Your gear will be pre-selected, pre-teched, and labeled for quick pickup—making your rental experience faster and smoother at our convenient on-property StreamSide location.

Just click BOOK NOW → Reserve Skis/Boards, select the Marriott StreamSide location, and follow the simple prompts to complete your reservation online and unlock savings of up to 30%*.

Our current winter hours are 8 am–6 pm daily. Our summer hours are 9 am–6 pm daily.

Yes! You may pick up your equipment after 1 pm the day before your first ski or ride day. If you’re delayed, your reservation is held for 24 hours from the scheduled pickup time.

Yes. Add your preferred ski or snowboard model in the “Questions/Special Requests” field. While specific gear can’t always be guaranteed, our team works hard to accommodate requests or provide a comparable performance option.

Absolutely. You can swap out gear anytime at the Marriott StreamSide shop—or at any Charter Sports location—whether you want a different model, length, or want to switch between skiing and snowboarding.

Yes! Pick up your gear at StreamSide and return it to any other Charter Sports location for added convenience.

Our StreamSide team follows all applicable local and state health guidelines. Equipment is sanitized between uses, high-touch areas are cleaned frequently, and touchless payment options are available. Safety protocols adjust as guidelines change.

Press floor 2 in the elevator and you’ll be in our store!

Staying in West Vail, this StreamSide Marriott Clubhouse location is on South Frontage Road just off the West Vail Exit. Hotel guests have complimentary shuttle service to and from the property to Lionshead, Vail and Golden Peak. In addition, the town of Vail transportation also provides free service to and from the property. Experience Vail on a budget. Charter Sports is located on the Second Floor of the Clubhouse. Winter only operation.
