Skier Types

Your skier type, height, weight, age and ski boot sole length are used by the rental shop to determine the release/retention
of your ski bindings. Be sure to provide accurate information; any error may increase your risk of injury.

Reservation FAQs

Reservations are not required, but are strongly recommended. We will work off your renter data and select appropriately sized gear for your rental experience. By having a reservation, your equipment will be set aside with your name, pre-teched, and ready to go the day before your first ski day. This GRAB & GO process will absolutely expedite your rental experience and help limit the time spent in our stores.

Simply click the reservation link BOOK NOW, “Reserve Skis/Boards”, choose your shop location, and follow the easy-to-read steps.

Our Winter shop hours are from 8 am to 7 pm, daily. During the Summer, we are open from 9 am to 6 pm.

Yes, absolutely! When making a reservation and choosing your dates of skiing, check the box indicating that you will pick up your rental after 1 pm and before 7 pm the day before your first ski/ride day. If you are delayed, do not worry, we always hold the reservations for 24 hours from pick up date.

Yes! Simply include the specific request in the “Questions/Special Requests” section. We cannot guarantee a specific request, but we will do our best to provide the requested equipment, of find you a suitable alternative.

You Bet! Skiers and riders often change models and/or lengths during the course of their stay. You can exchange at any time, at any of our locations and even switch between skis and snowboards! We want to make sure you have a no-hassle experience in the shops, so you can have a great time on the hill.

Yes! You may pick up and drop off at any one of our convenient locations.

We will follow all local, county, and state guidelines. This may include limiting the number of guests inside our stores, facial coverings, social distancing, sanitation stations, floor markings, plexiglass protective barriers, touchless payment, and all rental equipment will be sanitized prior to each use. We will also implement enhanced cleaning procedures for high touch areas throughout our stores, as well as increased frequency. As CDC guidelines permit, we will ease these requirements as necessary.
