Reservations are not required, but are strongly recommended. We will work off your renter data and select appropriately sized gear for your rental experience. By having a reservation, your equipment will be set aside with your name, pre-teched, and ready to go the day before your first ski day. This GRAB & GO process will absolutely expedite your rental experience and help limit the time spent in our stores.
Yes, absolutely. When making a reservation, select the location renting, enter the first day of rental, last day of rental, and check the box indicating that you will pick up your rental after 1 pm and before 7 pm the day before your first ski/ride day. If you are delayed, do not worry, we always hold the reservations for 24 hours from pick up date.
Winter shop hours are from 8am to 6pm, daily. During the Summer, we are open from 9 am to 6 pm.
Your boot will most likely be the exact same size as the shoe you are currently wearing. Our ski boots have been selected for their comfort and performance. Our trained technicians will convert your shoe size and fit each customer individually in our shops to ensure a proper fit before you hit the hill.
No Problem! Bring your skis in and we’ll set you up on a snowboard. There may be a slight price adjustment depending on the package you select.
Yes! Simply include the specific request in the “Questions/Special Requests” section. We cannot guarantee a specific request, but we will do our best to provide the requested equipment, of find you a suitable alternative.
We carry up to a size 15 ski and snowboard boot, advanced reservations are strongly recommended as we have limited quantities in those sizes.
Simply choose the ski or board package you would like to reserve, but do not check “with boots”. As long as your boots meet industry standards (i.e. no excessive wear), we will adjust our skis to your boots at the time of fitting.
Yes, you are charged for all days that you reserve your equipment.
All reservations that are not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged a 1 day rental of all equipment reserved, to the credit card on file.
Ski Rental FAQs
Yes, you can use your own ski boots with rental skis.

No, goggles are not available for rent and are not included with helmet rentals. They are available for sale. Goggles have a soft liner that would absorb sweat from a guest, and would not be good rental products. Also they can scratch easily and therefore would not be good rentals.
No, lift tickets do not include rentals, The mountain operator is the only entity that can offer lift tickets and lessons, and rentals are an additional charge.
Depends on the location (market), package request, group size and if the guest made a reservation in advance or through a lodging partner. By reserving in advance, guests receive up to a 35% discount off of rentals, plus tax a 4% Rental Facility Fee and a $5 per day DAMAGE WAIVER INSURANCE.

We offer snowboard rentals for all ages and abilities, from high quality demo snowboards for advanced riders to more basic “LTR” Learn to Ride boards for beginners.

Snowshoe Rental FAQs
Snowshoes strap on over your hiking shoes or boots and adjust to your feet. The additional surface area helps you to stay on top of the snow, and not sink in.

Snowshoes come in an easy to carry bag, and include hiking poles.
Snowshoes are no different than walking in a hiking shoe or boot.
One could attach snowshoes to their backpack by clipping the straps to the backpack.
